Therefore, we take the necessary measures and fulfill our responsibilities to ensure that personal data processing activities are carried out in accordance with the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

This includes planning, monitoring, and improving related processes, offering various advantages, managing personalized advertising, promotion, sales, marketing, event management, information dissemination, and campaign processes, and delivering related notifications. We also conduct corporate communication activities, manage customer relationship management processes, and carry out surveys and customer satisfaction research, providing services within this scope. Furthermore, we handle all communication activities to answer your requests and questions.
3	Personal Data of Our Business Partners	Planning and executing commercial activities and operations, overseeing our subcontractors, suppliers, contractors and other business partners, and carrying out other related activities.
4	Personal Data of Our Job Applicants;	Creating an application evaluation file for the job applicant and ensuring that the information in this file is up-to-date and accurate throughout the relevant period; evaluating the job applicant's suitability for the department and position applied for; evaluating the job applicant's suitability for other departments and positions that the applicant has not applied for but where it is considered that the applicant could be employed in accordance with our Company's human resources policies; re-evaluating the applicant if an open position within our Company becomes available in the future; contacting the individuals and/or legal entities listed as references by the job applicant to obtain information regarding the applicant's previous roles or their suitability for the current position applied for;

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Your personal data may be transferred to business partners located domestically or abroad, third-party institutions and organizations carrying out data processing activities on behalf of our company, authorized public institutions and/or private individuals, insurance companies, insurance brokerage companies, relevant third parties within the scope of the performance of contracts, company representatives and lawyers, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), and to the extent required by the purpose.

Your personal data is collected by our Company, wholly or partly through automated means or non-automated methods as part of a data recording system, through all kinds of verbal, written and electronic means, technical and other methods, through various means such as call centers, websites, social media pages, mobile applications, and through inquiries that may be made on third-party systems using your information, and is processed by our Company or data processors appointed by the Company.

Rights of Personal Data Owner

Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data "Regulating the rights of the relevant person" Your rights are clearly stated in Article 11. These rights include:

You have the right to object to a decision that is detrimental to you, resulting from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems.

You have the right to claim compensation for damages you suffer as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your requests included in your application will be processed free of charge within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs for the Company, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.

Regarding matters related to the processing of your personal data, you must submit your application in writing or via secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or using the email address you previously provided to us and which is on record, to the addresses provided below. Depending on the nature of your request and the method of application, the Company may request additional verifications (such as sending a message to your registered phone number or calling you) to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus protect your rights.
