PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING INFORMATION NOTICE

As ZAY TEKNOLOJİ, we take great care to ensure that the processes of protecting, processing, and transferring personal data are carried out in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and relevant regulations.

Therefore, we take the necessary measures and fulfill our responsibilities to ensure that personal data processing activities comply with KVKK.

This Information Notice has been prepared by ZAY TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“ZAY TEKNOLOJİ”), acting as the Data Controller, to provide explanations regarding the processing and transfer of personal data in compliance with KVKK, and to inform and enlighten the relevant individuals.

Under this notice, the Data Controller refers to ZAY TEKNOLOJİ, which determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system.

   • Planning, tracking, and improving these processes,
   • Offering various advantages, personalized advertisements, promotions, sales, marketing, event management, notifications, campaigns, and other communication activities,
   • Managing corporate communication activities, customer relationship management processes, surveys, and customer satisfaction research,
   • Responding to your requests and inquiries.

3. Business Partner Personal Data:

   • Planning and executing commercial activities and operations,
   • Conducting audits and other relevant activities for subcontractors, suppliers, contractors, and other business partners.

4. Employee Candidate Personal Data:

   • Creating and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate application evaluation file,
   • Assessing the suitability of the candidate for the applied department and position,
   • Evaluating the candidate for other positions within our company if applicable,
   • Reassessing the candidate for future job openings,
   • Contacting references provided by the candidate to obtain information about past job performance and suitability for the applied position.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent required for the purposes specified above, to:

• Third-party institutions and organizations that process data on behalf of our company,
• Authorized public institutions and private entities,
• Insurance companies and insurance brokerage firms,

Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through various means, including:

• Oral, written, or electronic means,
• Technical and other methods,
• Call centers, websites, social media pages, mobile applications,
• Queries conducted on third-party systems using your provided information.

These data are processed by our company or designated data processors.

Rights of Personal Data Owners

According to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with Article 7 of KVKK,
• To request that the correction or deletion of personal data be notified to third parties to whom data has been transferred,
• To object to any outcome resulting from the exclusive processing of your data through automated systems, if it is unfavorable to you,
• To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your requests will be processed within 30 days at no cost. However, if the process incurs additional costs for our company, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Application Process for Personal Data Requests

You must submit your request in writing or via secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your previously registered email address using the contact information below. For applications made on behalf of a personal data owner, a notarized special power of attorney must be provided.
